The fire-proof ability of cable bridge is based on its material and manufacturing technology. There are deviations in the water-proof ability of different materials and different manufacturing processes. So the standardization of fire-proof cable bridge is particularly important. It can make the fire-proof cable bridge more uniform and reliable.

Fire-proof cable bridge is divided into internal flame-retardant type, external flame-retardant type and full flame-retardant type. The most important part is the fire-proof board. The fire-proof board is made of silica material and calcium material as main raw materials, mixed with certain proportion of fiber material, lightweight aggregate, adhesives and chemical additives, and made by leading autoclaving skills. After processing and forming, the cross-section shape is uniform, without flexure, twist, crack, edge and other shortcomings, but no matter what kind of fire-proof bridge, it must meet the national standards of cable bridge.

Fire retardant coating is a kind of high efficiency steel structure maintenance commodity. It is made of high polymer synthetic resin as film forming material, flame retardant, foaming agent, carbonizing agent and high temperature refractory material. Under high temperature conditions, the coatings have successive foaming and expansion effects, forming a flexible spongy carbonized insulation layer, so that the bearing steel structure will not be sharply softened and deformed due to the effect of high temperature flame, and the strength will not sharply decrease. The spraying of surface fire retardant coatings requires uniformity, smoothness and no obvious color difference.

Nowadays, fire-proof cable bridge has been applied in all fields of laying cables. It plays an excellent role in the maintenance of cables. It has achieved very good protection in fire-retardant and fire-proof aspects of cables, which is incomparable with other stainless steel bridge frames.

Fire-proof cable bridge

1. Fire-proof cable bridge is based on the national standard for fire-proof cable exercise. The thickness requirement of fire protection period is greater than or equal to 1 mm, and the fire resistance must be greater than 30 minutes. This is the standard of the result of fire protection paint for general fire-proof cables. The basic fire prevention is steel, and the outer layer of fire-proof cables is also shown with a layer of fire-proof material.

2. Choose steel or non-flammable or flame-retardant cable bridge as far as possible. Fire-proof cable bridge frame adopts steel shell, double-layer fire-proof cover board and inorganic fire-proof tank box. The uniform thickness of heat insulation layer is 25 mm. The double-layer cover board ventilates and dissipates heat, sprays fire-proof coating inside. When fire-proof cable bridge frame is in fire, the coating expands. After 60 minutes fire-proof test, the cable is not damaged. The structure of the support is good.
