At present, there are many kinds of cable trays, but the surface treatment methods used for different types of trays are different. Do you know the common methods of surface treatment for trays? Is it not clear? Next, Xiaobian will take you to the following page to learn about it, hoping to help you.

1. Hot dip galvanized cable tray

Pickling - washing - adding auxiliary plating solution - drying - hanging plating - cooling - medicating - Cleaning - grinding and hot galvanizing of products is a metal anti-corrosion method, which is mainly used for metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to immerse the derusted steel parts into the molten zinc at about 500 ℃, so that the zinc layer is attached to the surface of the steel members, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. It is also a common surface treatment method in Jinan Bridge.

2. Cold galvanized cable tray

It is to use the electrolytic equipment to wash the cable tray after removing oleic acid, put it into the solution composed of salt, and connect the negative pole of the electrolytic equipment. Place a zinc plate opposite the cable tray, connect the positive pole of the electrolytic equipment, connect the power supply, and use the directional movement of current from the positive pole to the negative pole to deposit a layer of zinc on the cable tray. The cold plated cable tray is processed first and then galvanized.

3. Fireproof cable tray

The appearance of fire-proof bridge is similar to that of plastic sprayed bridge, but the performance is different. The main performance of fire-proof bridge is fire prevention. It has a certain fire rating. It is often used in places with fire prevention requirements. The surface is rough, and the surface feels rough and oblique. It will not burn in case of fire, and can prevent the fire from continuing to extend, playing a certain role in fire prevention, The fireproof coating can select the color of the bridge according to the design of the construction environment.

4. Plastic sprayed cable tray

It is a surface treatment method of spraying plastic powder on Jinan Bridge.
