There are so many types of cable trays on the market, and each type of cable tray has a different material and function. Now, let's introduce the differences between hot-dip galvanized cable trays and fireproof cable trays.

Process differences:

Hot dip galvanized cable tray is a process aimed at strengthening the anti-corrosion effect. It is a process of immersing steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other metals into solution metal to obtain a coating. With the rapid development of high-voltage transmission, transportation, communication, and construction industries, the protection requirements for steel components are also increasing, making the demand for hot dip galvanizing increasingly growing.

Fireproof cable tray is a type of tray with fire resistance performance. It is usually sprayed with fireproof coating on the surface of the tray, which can effectively play a role in fire prevention and flame retardancy. Fireproof cable trays have excellent fire resistance performance, which can prevent the continued spread of fire and have a good effect on protecting the cable lines in the tray.

Applicable scope

Hot dip galvanized cable tray is a method of immersing derusted steel components in molten zinc at a high temperature of around 600 ℃, allowing a zinc layer to adhere to the surface of the steel components. It has excellent anti-corrosion ability and long durability. As an effective metal anti-corrosion method, the hot dip galvanizing process has been widely used in metal structure facilities in various industries. It is commonly used in indoor, outdoor, overhead, cable trench, tunnel laying and other places.

Fireproof cable trays are commonly used in Fire protection engineering. Fireproof cable trays are required in places where the project installation environment has fire protection requirements. The outer layer is added with fireproof coating to prevent the fireproof cable tray from burning in case of fire and prevent the spread of fire. It has excellent fire and fire resistance effects, fire resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and pollution-free. The overall installation is convenient, the structure is reasonable, the service life is long, and the appearance is beautiful. It is often suitable for high temperatures, fire exits, and environments prone to fires.
