The trunking series of products has played an important role in actual construction and is now widely used. However, when making a purchase, there are some specific precautions that need to be paid attention to in order to fully realize its practical value.

Precautions for purchasing bus duct:

In terms of economy, the wire cross-section should usually be selected based on the long-term operating current. And verify the short-term thermal stability and dynamic stability under the condition of passing through a large short-circuit cable. Due to factors such as the resistance of conductors and the AC current meter effect when multiple conductors approach each other, this trunking will generate heat when passing current.

Different materials and cross-sectional cable trays provide corresponding long-term allowable current values. When selecting, the actual large long-term operating current of the cable tray should be lower than the long-term allowable current value of the selected cross-sectional cable tray. When the average annual load is relatively large and long, such as outdoor power distribution equipment, the economic current density method is usually used for selection.

When selecting busbar trunking, it is also necessary to have the fire resistance time and standards of the fire-resistant busbar, and of course, it is better to choose one with relatively high endurance. When selecting busbars, the usage location should also be considered. For example, fire-resistant busbars are suitable for emergency power supplies, fire pump power supplies, generators, and other cable transmission main lines. They can ensure the integrity of cable transmission in the event of a fire, ensuring the normal power supply of fire pumps and emergency power supplies.

In terms of structural design, it is also necessary to prevent chimney effects. At this time, it is recommended to choose dense insulated bus ducts. In special occasions, maintenance work should be done well and fire-resistant models should be selected In fact, the required models vary in different situations. As for the type of current, it still depends on the specific electrical design. It requires professional staff for construction and design.
